The team...

Halle Grano and Shannon Weidel founded LADYSMYTH, INC. in the fall of 2015. Best friends from design school, they wanted to create a business that brought all their talents together. Having both fashion and production experience, they saw that there is often a disconnect between the two, so they formed LADYSMYTH, INC. specifically to streamline the process and to get more efficient results. We provide this tool to our clients to ensure that the gap is bridged and that our clients goals are achieved. We want to be a valuable extension to your team. Both founders studied design at the University of Cincinnati graduating with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Design. Though both parted ways to successfully pursue careers on opposite sides of the country, they have since united and combined their strengths to form LADYSMYTH, INC. 

SHANNON WEIDEL

A Senior fashion designer at former DKNY Jeans, she has brought 15 years of design experience in knitwear, cut & sew, and high-end fashion with internships at DVF, Marc Jacobs and assisting Jill Stuart. She also has years of vintage experience working with studios whose client-base ranged from Stella McCartney to Victoria Bartlett. 

Halle Grano

Starting her design career at Triple Five Soul NYC, Halle has brought well over a decade of not only design, but product development experience helping to start-up major streetwear brands such as Crooks & Castles and Melody Eshani, as well as denim development and knitwear knowledge from her time designing at 7 for All Mankind.
