Before purchasing, please make sure you’ve completed our New Client Project Inquiry form on the NEW TO THE GAME page — so we have all the details about your project.
Your consultation includes up to 60 minutes with the owners, Halle & Shannon to review your project, discuss your goals, assess your development and production needs, and determine the best path forward.
After payment, we’ll email you a link to book your consultation. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
And a little bonus: move forward with LADYSMYTH within 30 days and we’ll apply $250 of your consultation fee toward your first project invoice.
CONSULTATION POLICY
New Client Project Consultations are $500 and are paid in full at the time of booking.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. Need to reschedule? No problem! We ask for at least 24 hours' notice, and your consultation may be rescheduled one time at no additional charge. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
If LADYSMYTH reviews your inquiry and determines before your consultation that your project is not a fit for our services, your $500 consultation fee will be refunded.
The consultation fee covers our time and expertise to review your project. A consultation does not guarantee project acceptance, production availability or a formal quote.
